These terms govern your use of Seat Preference Matching on LocalBeat. By uploading a ticket or using the service, you agree to them.

1. By uploading a ticket, you consent to its use for the sole purpose of reading the journey and berth details required to offer a seat exchange. The platform does not store the ticket file. It does not read personal information such as passenger names or transaction details.
2. Messages sent through the platform must not contain explicit, obscene, abusive, or unlawful content. You are responsible for every message you send.
3. A seat exchange is not guaranteed. The platform has no obligation to find a match, to complete an exchange, or to ensure that any proposed exchange takes place.
4. The platform is only a medium through which passengers may find one another. Any arrangement, and any consequence arising from it, is solely between the individuals concerned. The platform accepts no responsibility for those arrangements or consequences.
5. The platform is not associated with, endorsed by, or affiliated with IRCTC or Indian Railways.
6. The platform does not promote, arrange, or encourage any reward, payment, or other consideration in return for an exchange.
7. The platform does not charge users any fee for uploading a ticket, listing a berth, messaging, or using the service.
8. Possession of a ticket, any change of berth, and all dealings with the ticket examiner or any railway official are the sole responsibility of the individuals involved.
9. The platform is not responsible for illicit, explicit, or unlawful messages sent by users.
